Travelling expenses are paid at 20p per mile for car journeys to WMOA committee meetings, with claims submitted at the meeting (last reviewed September 2016).

Other travelling expenses incurred by members (for example, attending training at the request of the WMOA) are discussed and agreed on a case by case basis.

Meeting costs such as room hire for WMOA committee meetings and Fixtures meetings are met by the WMOA.
